SHOPPING INFORMATION

Generally, products take between 5-7 working days to reach you after purchase.

We do however have separate lead times on specific products:

  • Oak Furniture – Allow 7-10 days for delivery
  • Beds – Allow 10-14 days for delivery
We are closely following the  Government guidelines  and advice on Covid. We are ensuring there is good ventilation, regular hand sanitizing and thorough cleaning. Due to the current Covid pandemic and resulting  issues with manufacturing and deliveries, we have temporarily suspended our online shop for our ranges of Oak furniture.  However, many of our items are still in stock so please phone us directly on 01691 239082 to check availability. 

All our sofas are available  to order instore instead of online as  we know our customers  prefer  to take their time, sit and relax and try before they choose.  There are no  issues on stock levels or availability on our current ranges. For more information on Covid-19 updates click here.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The payment is taken instantly after processing the order. 

If you have noticed something is wrong after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours on 01691 239082 or email theoakfurnitureshop@outlook.com. We will then advise you on the next steps, which may include requesting photographic evidence from you of the damage/fault. This will help us to organise a resolve, return or replacement with the manufacturer.
