The most versatile of all beds, and with such a choice of fabrics and designs available, its so easy to design a bed to suit your own style
Product overview
From plain headboards to deep buttoned and stitch detail, fabrics from velvets to wool, colours that range from soft pastels to bold statements…the possibilities are endless.
Storage options range from 1 to 4 drawers with the option of a jumbo end drawer too, giving plenty of space to organise. Made from a solid timber frame with a non-sprung “platform” top, divan bases can also be made to suit customers specifications, and can be shortened, lengthened, lowered or reinforced if required. Base sizes can be supplied in 2ft 6”, (small single), 3ft (single), 4ft (small double), 4ft 6” (double) 5ft (king size) and 6ft (super king). Divan bases are 6ft 3” long from small single to Double, then 6ft6” long for king size and super king. Please make sure you measure correctly prior to ordering.
Headboards can be supplied as 20” plain on struts.

We offer a delivery, assembly and wrapping removal service, Delivery will be to the room of your choice, items such as wardrobes and beds assembled for you and all packaging removed.

Generally, products take between 5-7 working days to reach you after purchase.
We do however have separate lead times on specific products:
- Oak Furniture – Allow 7-10 days for delivery
- Beds – Allow 10-14 days for delivery
Due to the current Covid pandemic and resulting issues with manufacturing and deliveries, we have temporarily suspended our online shop for our ranges of Oak furniture. However, many of our items are still in stock so please phone us directly on 01691 239082 to check availability.
All our sofas are available to order instore instead of online as we know our customers prefer to take their time, sit and relax and try before they choose. There are no issues on stock levels or availability on our current ranges. For more information on Covid-19 updates click here.
If you have noticed something is wrong after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours on 01691 239082 or email theoakfurnitureshop@outlook.com. We will then advise you on the next steps, which may include requesting photographic evidence from you of the damage/fault. This will help us to organise a resolve, return or replacement with the manufacturer.
